Lucero is such a good vibe and so worth it! Brooklyn was awesome, I have wavy hair and they added layers to give my hair more volume and come back to life. Brooklyn knows so much about all the hair products they use from Davines and walked me through curly hair routine steps which was super helpful.

Im honestly so disappointed with how my haircut turned out. My hair was very thick, long and quite healthy for the length. My hair provided much comfort and stability for me. It reached my hips when I sat down. I only asked for about 2-4 inches off and to keep my length, but now I can’t even feel my hair past down my chest. The cut is uneven and is longer on my right side meaning I need to cut it more. I’m so sad with how it turned out , I left as quick as I could bc I just wanted to be alone. This visit solidified the decision to cut my own hair from now on as every salon visit has either thinned out or cut my hair too short.

Honestly, I left disappointed. The appointment felt rushed, and I got the impression that they didn’t really want me in their chair. I expected more from a salon at this price point, both in the quality of the haircut and the overall experience. The haircut itself felt no better than what I’d expect from Great Clips. I was also disappointed by the lack of artistry and creativity. I look for a stylist who takes pride in their craft, pays attention to detail, and takes the time to understand what works for the individual. Unfortunately, the personal attention, interaction, and quality I expected were lacking.

This was probably the best salon experience I’ve had when it comes to cutting my long hair. Joie absolutely knows what she is doing and has given me the cut I’ve been wanting for a LONG time. Not only is she skilled, her chair-side manner is delightful! She listened to me YAP that whole hour cut (I’m an anxious talker) and was such a cool person! I feel beautiful and left the salon with such good energy.

I’m really not satisfied with the results of my service. I want to make it clear that the staff were extremely friendly, the space clean and welcoming, but the result on my hair is not at all the result I was looking for. I will be coming in on Thursday for my follow up and to request a refund or to make right with my hair. I apologize for the negative feedback, I very much do not like to complain but this was not a cheap service and I truly did not get at all what I wanted done to my hair.

I had booked a 45-minute service but the stylist stopped abruptly at 30 minutes and walked me out while I still had damp hair. I also wish she had asked me about styling before giving me a wavy style when I usually wear it straight. I will still come back, but probably not to that stylist.

Natalie is simply the best. She is kind, attentive, easy to talk to, and I have always been happy with my cuts! The studio is clean and lively, and offering drinks and snacks is such a nice touch.

I\'m absolutely adoring this! After 6 years without a haircut I was so anxious walking in but that immediately faded once Milo seated me and started with my hair. He was so kind and explained everything that he was doing and even some of what was happening around us, was so gentle cutting it that I could barely even feel it, and I especially appreciated his care for my own comfort, as so many barbers/stylists I\'ve had in the past have been so rough. Although, it felt like she put her own spin on my curtain bang request that I felt like it was kind of too late to ask for her to do anything else since it was too short. Not a game changer, but would have liked to have had it cut more accurately. Overall, great experience and I liked that she took her time to make sure she was doing things well and would recommend for curly hair clientele.

I have been seeing Milo for over a year and when I tell you he is not only a fantastic hair stylist, but he is also a fantastic person! I feel confident every time I leave his chair and I absolutely adore this man!! I went to a pool party after my most recent appointment and that style held up for SEVEN hours of (drunken) partying on a Saturday. The atmosphere in the salon is also so welcoming and I adore everyone I have an interaction with. I cannot recommend this place enough! I think I’ve told nearly everyone in my life about this place and I probably will until the end of time. I have never felt more comfortable and safe in a salon before, and I just know every time I go in I will be taken care of and respected. I actually rave about this salon so much that any time I have an appointment my friends ask “so how was Milo?” because I adore this salon and everyone in it.

I was charged for a 45 minute appointment when she took 32 minutes. She unnecessarily dried my hair for 8 minutes. I complained about one side of my head and she didn’t fix it. It’s been a month and I’m still mad about it.

my stylist was really nice so i feel bad for being unhappy with the service, but the client before me ran 15 minutes into my appointment, and then mine ended 5 minutes early. i was still charged for the hour, and i understand that’s what i booked, but i only received 40 minutes of service and that doesn’t feel very fair since that was no fault of mine. i wouldn’t care if i’d left with the haircut i asked for, but looking at my reference photos next to what i was given, my hair is so much shorter, and i had to fix uneven chunks myself when i got home. it felt like most of my appointment was spend in the hair bowl, and the actual cut only lasted ~20 minutes. i don’t know if it was because of the time, but i wish i would have been told if time was an issue for the haircut i was asking for. i wish i could come back in and have it fixed, but there’s no putting hair back on. i’ve been to lucero a couple times before and i’ve always been happy. trust with my hair is a big thing for me so it’s hard not to be upset. I’ve been trying to figure out if i miscommunicated or something, but i don’t think i did.

Okay I wish I could put 6/5 stars. Someone needs to fix that. Mel is absolutely amazing. She’s been there while I go through a beautiful metamorphosis and honestly she’s a big part of the reason why I feel beautiful the first time in my life. Everyone here is really amazing and I’m going to miss coming here
